High Oleic

Sunflower Oil High Oleic is Cold Pressed from the seeds of the Sunflower (Helianthus annus). It is a clear odourless oil that is commonly used as a cooking oil.

This oil is very similar to Olive Oil in that it is monounsaturated which means it has high amounts of Oleic Acid (Omega 9), as well as Vitamin E and a low proportion of saturated fat per total fat content. Sunflower Oil High Oleic is able to be cooked at extremely high temperatures without compromising its nutritional profile. It makes a great cooking oil because it has a high monounsaturated content with low saturated fat levels, making it a healthy alternative to other cooking oils. Its high smoke point means it can be used for frying and cooking.

High Linoleic

Sunflower Oil High Linoleic is Cold Pressed from the seeds of the Sunflower (Helianthus annus). It is a clear odourless oil that is commonly used as an ingredient in skincare products as well as a cooking oil.

This is a polyunsaturated oil which means it has high amounts of Linoleic Acid (Omega 6, LA), it is also a good source of Vitamin E, and has a low proportion of saturated fat of the total fat content. Sunflower Oil High Linoleic is sensitive to heat so should not be cooked with at high temperatures.
This oil is more suited as a salad dressing oil or drizzled over vegetables. Sunflower Oil High Linoleic is deeply nourishing and conditioning for the skin and it is highly recommended for formulations designed to treat dry, weathered, aged, and damaged skin because it helps retain moisture and prevents the skin from drying out. It is easily absorbed and applied.
